We guarantee our TENS STIMULATOR products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase, except as noted below.

Our product warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident or the attachment of any unauthorized accessory, alteration to the product, or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of IQ Technologies. This warranty is effective only if purchased and operated in the USA or Canada. A product that requires modification or adaptation to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications is not covered under warranty. IQ Technologies shall not be responsible for any type of incidental, consequential or special damages.

All of the TENS units we sell are backed by a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty however IQ Technologies Inc. now offers its customers the option of purchasing extended lifetime warranty coverage within 30 days from the Purchase date.

This coverage costs an additional $49.99 and can be purchased on either our website, over the phone, or at one of our retail locations.

Because of our success, it has come to our attention that there exist unauthorized online sell verify the authenticity of products sold by any unauthorized online sellers and as such, these sellers may be distributing counterfeit products claiming to be authentic IQ Technologies Inc.

Products may also be diverted products that are damaged, expired, tampered-with, and/or unsafe. Diverted products may even be counterfeit, that could adversely affect your health. IQ Technologies Inc. first priority is the safety of our consumers and the use of an unauthorized product purchased from an unauthorized seller may be unsafe.

IQ Technologies Inc. warranty will not be valid for a product purchased from an unauthorized seller.
